Our international service agreements are designed to suit the needs of owners, crew and shipyards. They include engineering support, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and, should you choose, the delivery of spare parts and engineer attendance – anywhere in the world.

What’s included with commissioning
To guarantee years of dependable shore power we recommend one of our engineers to attend commissioning. This is included at no extra cost with all Silver and Gold service level agreements. Commissioning is fully documented and includes scope and thermal analysis on completion. A summary of what is included is below.
- Internal and external inspection
- Check monitoring and control interfaces
- Electrical check and initial power up
- Electrical assessment with ship’s load
- Thermal analysis
- Seamless transfer from shore power to generator
- Seamless transfer from generator back to shore power
- Start bow thruster
- Electrical assessment with ship’s bow thruster at full power
Health check
All products are essentially maintenance free however an annual clean and inspection is recommended. Thermal stress, damaged joints or cables which have worked loose during sailing can be fully identified and corrected. This can be managed by Magnus to guarantee years of dependable shore power so you will enjoy total piece of mind. Onsite inspections are fully documented and include scope and thermal analysis.
